Hi Scouts,

Today, a consent form was handed out to each of you. Please get your parents to sign by, if possible, this Friday's CCA or for the Year 1's case, by next Tuesday. For those who lost your form or did not receive it today for whatever reason, please download the consent form, print it out and get your parents to sign it.

CCA Session Form

Hello. The following is the Preparations for June Scouts Camp form. Please fall in at the grandstand. More details are on the form itself.

For those who do not have the hard copy of this form (mainly the Year 2s), please print this out and hand in the signed form. If you are unable to print, please copy out the format of the Reply Form (only the bottom half of the paper) and hand that in.

Everyone to hand in this form on 3rd June itself. If you won't be present on 3rd June, hand it in on the next CCA session.
