Each component (underlined above) missing and
each requirement, as follows, not met will result in punishment:
1) Epaulette at the
end
2) Culottes above
knee but not more than 3 fingers above knee (for girls)
3) No tapered pants
(for boys)
4) Pants long enough
to cover scout socks (for boys)
5) Socks above ankle
6) Crest on socks to
be seen
7) Top button under
scarf buttoned
8) Pocket button on
scout top buttoned (for boys)
9) No loose threads
sticking out
10) No faded woggle
11) Only standard
Singapore woggle to be used

*NOTE: You are not
supposed to leave the toilet without full scout uniform (which refers to all parts
except for beret) and dropping beret/scarf/woggle will result in serious
punishment
